Western Province blanked Eastern Province 28-0 in the unofficial final of the U13 Craven Week at Grey College in Bloemfontein on Friday.
It is the fifth successive year Province have been crowned champions at this level.
The youngsters from the Western Cape ran four converted tries past EP, who had also come into the match unbeaten.
Inside centre Jacques Jooste scored two tries, while flyhalf Philli-Albert van Niekerk succeeded with all four of his conversion attempts.
WP led 21-0 at the break, courtesy of tries by prop Bradley Stanfliet, lock Dwight Pietersen and Jooste. The second half was less action-packed, but Jooste completed his brace to seal the win.
In other matches, Namibia held off the Griffons to claim a 27-20 victory, Griquas claimed a 37-21 win over gritty Zimbabwe, the Pumas crushed Border Country Districts 106-0, the Blue Bulls beat the Golden Lions 26-17, Border pipped Limpopo 31-29, the Leopards snuck home with a 20-19 victory against Free State, Boland and SWD played to a 17-17 draw, and the match between the Valke and KwaZulu-Natal ended in a 24-24 stalemate.
